The ring is in overall good condition, very light signs of wear to the shank commensurate with mild wear for a few years. The cut/polish is very good, I would grade it as fine in my personal opinion, as is usual for Cartier designs. The claws are sound, and the diamonds are in good condition, no chips or damage to the facets etc.
