John Gorham (British, 1937-2001).
A cubist painting depicting a four musicians playing together, signed to lower right, dated 1957, oil on canvas, 49.5 x 59cm, mounted in a wooden frame.
John Gorham was a commercial artist in graphic design and illustration. He was a professor at The Royal College of Art, won the A & Ad presidents award for graphic design, and elected to Alliance Graphique Internationale 1972.
