Comprising: a Queen's South Africa Medal with 4 clasps Cape Colony, Johannesburg, Diamond Hill, Wittenbergen (3709 Pte J. Fraser Cam Hdrs) a King's South Africa Medal with 2 clasps South Africa 1901, South Africa 1902 (3709 Pte J. Fraser Cameron Highrs), and a Khedive’s Sudan 1896-1908 medal with 1 clasp The Atrara, unnamed; together with an unrelated Queen's Sudan Medal (3103 Sgt G A Charnley 2/B Bdr).

Note: Fraser also served in the Nile Expedition of 1898.
