A Boer War medal pair awarded to: 1113 Private Henry Ashton, 2nd Battalion Rifle Brigade. Comprising: a Queen's Sudan Medal (1113 Pte Henry Ashton 2/ R:Bde); and a Khedive’s Sudan 1896-1908 medal with 1 clasp Khartoum (1113 Pte Henry Ashton 2/ R:Bde). With Rifle Brigage cap badge.
Note: Private Henry Ashton also served on the Nile Expedition 1898.
