An early 20th century natural and unenhanced sapphire, diamond and platinum ring, set with a cushion shape mixed cut sapphire measuring 10.0 x 10.0 x 4.3mm, approximate weight of 3.4 carats as measured in mount, surrounded by eight cut diamonds measuring 1.7 x 1.7 x 1.5mm, with a combined approximate weight of 0.60 carats as measured in mount, size O, 4.6 grams, set in platinum.

This ring has remained in the family and cherished for over 60 years, with the current owner retaining a fond memory of her father purchasing the mesmerising piece in an antique shop in Bournemouth in the 1950’s.
