A George III mahogany long case clock by James Wild of Soho, London. The arched top case with reeded column sides, enclosing the movement, the silvered arched dial signed Wild, Frith Street, Soho, with strike / silent dial, black engraved Roman numerals, with subsidiary seconds and calendar dials, striking on a single bell, the figured mahogany case with reeded column sides and brass mounted, supported on bracket feet. 221 cm high.
The clock is generally in good condition. There is a split to the front of the case, slightly loose moulding at the front (glue probably dried out). At the back of case there is one wooden column base missing.
